smartgive experienced an issue on the morning of October 22nd that affected the appearance of user data on some of its fundraising pages. We fixed the issue and restored the impacted data. We apologize for inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during the downtime.

IMPORTANT: The user data affected on smartgive did not impact the processing of any credit card donations.

Credit card information is never actually entered on the smartgive site itself, nor are any credit card transactions processed via smartgive.

All credit and debit card donations are processed by our processing partner, Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). When a user goes to smartgive and chooses to make a credit card donation via Donate Now or Sponsor Me links, s/he is redirected to the CAF website. 	Description of the charity
	We use drama and theatre to empower and inform, working as a catalyst with women and girl's groups to break down barriers and increase self-esteem and confidence through drama workshops and professional touring theatre.

	Vision
	We use issue-based drama and theatre to give women a voice. The basis for all our work is the knowledge that drama and theatre can be used as a tool to empower, leading to personal development and growth and to positive change for those taking part in drama workshops and the audience members who share the experience.

	Programmes and Activities
	Our long term projects enable women and girl's groups to inform a professional touring production. We also run enabling projects in which local women create and perform their own theatre. In addition to these long-term projects we facilitate short term projects like "Play in a Week", provide stimulus to provoke discussion at Conferences, and run drama workshops.
